Sadly, this guy will soon be out of a job. On the Golden Gate Bridge, these plastic pegs were the only thing dividing opposing lanes of traffic, and they had to be moved manually to accommodate different traffic patterns. The bridge recently installed a barrier that can be moved by a special truck.
